How it Works

Number of visits per month

March - October: Muscle Mowing will service your property a minimum of 4 times per month (some

months, you will receive 5 visits).

November – February: you will receive 1 visit per month, which we will keep everything mowed,

trimmed, edged, and air-swept.

To arrive at the monthly payment due per month, take the number of service visits per year (40) and

multiply it by the cost per visit then divide by 12 (months). You will receive an invoice for the same

amount each month (January – December).

Example

Cost per visit: $30.00

40 (service visits per year) X $30.00 = $1,200.00

$1,200/12 (months) = $100.00

The monthly payment due per month would be $100.00 January through December.

Once service agreement shall commence it will continue thereafter as long as both parties are satisfied.
